8. Session Timing

All sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.

Late arrival may result in reduced session time. Additional time will not be added.

9. Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

All bookings and purchases are subject to the following:

Payments & Refunds

  • All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law

  • By booking, you commit to the allocated time and resources reserved for you

Changes & Rescheduling

  • Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice

  • Changes requested within 24 hours may not be accommodated

Missed Appointments

  • Missed sessions or failure to attend are considered fully used

  • Late arrivals may result in reduced session time

Non-Transferability

  • Sessions, programs, and bookings are non-transferable

  • They may not be shared or assigned to another individual

Where digital content or online services are provided:

  • Access is for personal use only

  • You may request modification or stop any technique at any time

14. Scope of Work

Rijooviness provides structured, results-driven support.

However:

  • We do not provide ongoing emergency or on-demand support unless agreed

  • We are not responsible for decisions made outside of sessions

  • You remain responsible for your actions and outcomes

15. Behaviour & Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services where:

  • Behaviour is inappropriate or unsafe

  • Services are misused

  • Engagement is not aligned with the intended purpose

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Rijooviness is not liable for:

  • Injury, loss, or damage arising from participation

  • Outcomes resulting from misuse or misunderstanding

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so under UK law.

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not liable for loss or damage except where required by law.
